Basically these are all All India Rules. In TN many doesn't follow & as usual police harrass the soft targets. even ministers CM & the drivers doesn't wear seatbelts n TN. now they are trying to build an image/picture to show that TN RTOs are very strict 😂😂

Driving license for 2 wheelers should be given to people above 17 years of age. Driving license should be valid from date of issue till one reaches 50 yrs of age. Renewal of DL above that should be for period of 10 yrs and not 5 yrs.

Rule 4 Not clear about medical certificate. How do we approach who will upload the medical certificate. I am struggling to find the approved doctor. It seems they have to upload the medical certificate on behalf of me against my application no.
