The think creamy Lentil Sambar is very nice to see, as it is very very rare to find in Bangalore!!😄😄I dont know why the servers keep the Dosai along the edges of the leaves and the Dosai's edges are frighteningly touching the table a bit. Very scary and Unhygeinic! They have to be very careful while serving Dosai!😳☺
Good point, I’ll share the feedback with the folks at Kidambi. Hope they will also read this comment and improve on these minute but important aspects.
In this video, we have just done a review of the restaurant. Giving the location details repeatedly in the video will look like we are doing an endorsement of that place, which is not our intention. That's why the location details are shared in the video description.
Though the dishes are prepared by the regional chefs, finally they get served by waiters who are from North Eastern India. Unless they are properly trained, this will happen. In the highly volatile food industry, with people regularly moving around, it will be a challenge for the restaurateurs to give quality food and maintain these customs. By the way, do way have any guideline available (either a book or on internet), that one can refer to uphold these customs?
