I heard this song because he was playing at a festival I was going to, and after I heard it I listened to the entire album and genuinely nothing since has ever captured me in the same way. His recent album is amazing too, but his 2018 one just captures such a moment for me

He's known to incorporate "Middle Eastern influences" like the Arabic scale and “rast, bayati and hijaz,” vocal techniques. Very good.

Another AMAZING singer you should check out is Jimmy Gnecco: he has a full band but I think you should check his solo performances with Light on the Grave, Crying (15 Bright Antenna Session) or Mystery! I'd love to see these guys work on something together or even better, tour together!
I really (really) like the song, and I believe he's got talent (even though I didn't really enjoy other songs of his so far so, it sounds like a one off.. idk.
