Thanks Gavin, the Tamiya kits are wonderful (in any scale), I really recommend them. I actually have another Tamiya F-16 in the stash that I'm thinking of converting into an aggressor.

I so enjoyed your video. Absolutely superb especially the introduction regarding Wild weasels. I was inspired by the book "Viper pilot" by Dan "Two Dogs" Hampton and currently building the same kit. I took me a lot of effort to manage to find "Gamblers 77th Sq." decals but eventually i did it. Thanks for the sharing and congrats for the amazing work. P.S SUPER awesome music

In continuation to my previous comment.. as far as the kit is concerned...im about to build a very detailed f-16 with pe, resin and what not...and aftermarket markings (i think the tamiya ones are not all that interesting) , im leaning towards my native HAF markings,,and for the life of me i am missing one thing (which the very old revell kit does provide)...Extended intake navigation lights.. i mean, for the recent release they should have included such a thing...as well as most marking options are for a more recent f-16 with extended nav lights. I guess i will have to get the revell just for those unless i build my own...which i am trying to find a way , how to.

The Hellenic Air Force F-16 looks awesome - love the cammo scheme! What scale are you building ? I think it should be possible to scratchbuild that part from piece och the clear sprue. Another cool trick would be to buy a set of toothbrushes with red and green transparent handles and scratch build it from that, I have seen that been done for other aircrafts in all different scales with great result.

13:04 such love for photoetched microdetails but didn't take bothering to imitate nozzles for these HARMs and AMRAAMs...

Paint work around the cockpit a bit sloppy. You should add the weathering a little bit to make it looks more realistic. But, over all, it is pretty good.

Intresting the way you builded the whole rear landing gear before installing into fuselage... i will try that next time...no fuss later.

Normally I install the undercarriage last thing I do in a build, but in this particular case the it was much easier to do it like this.

GREAT LOOKING F-16. I just got the same model today. How much nose weight does it need?

Thank you, Jeff! It's a really great kit, enjoy the build :D Not much I think, but since I used resin engine and airbrakes I added some extra steel shots just to make sure that it wouldn't tailsit. I think I filled the cone 2/3 with shots and PVA glue.
