Oh yeah, I'm really wondering why I had to paint the black as most of the decals have black around them anyway...and for the vents in front bumper, there's a bunch of shiny black decals you have to put over the shiny black paint 🤷‍♂️😂. Thanks Steve! 👍

Oh yeah, would suck if those colours were individual stickers. There's a lot of little ones for around windows and stuff but it wasn't too bad really. Thanks Paul! 👍

@@SHAYEN-cd5qw You're right! I didn't know that, I had to go and look 😂. I guess I only assumed, but now I think about it, it has no base or lower models so to speak so I guess that's why the dropped the Skyline name. So yeah the Nissan GT-R R35. 😁👍

Love this car, I find tamiya sp-672 wheels work a treat on mine, you can set the offset for the rears that fill the arches! ....would show a some pics but don't know how! Lol

Good job with the decals. The only thing that lets this car down are those five-spoke rims. Bit too old school. Look forward to the mods you do to it. I had a TT-01 ages ago, never got to really upgrading and modding it properly. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks mate. Yeah I'm not a fan of the wheels either but I spoze they are what the real car has. If it was a custom build, no way would I go for those wheels 😂. I'm not sure how far I'll go with the modding on this, I might go a full alloy kit, shocks and drive shafts but won't go to crazy on the motor and stuff. 👍

Good stuff! I'm sure it will turn out nice, just have your water with dish washing liquid ready and a heat gun or hair dryer. You'll be fine! 👍

great work, thats a lot of decals. When you cut the decals out do you leave any clear decal ORcut right up to the color?

Thanks Gary. I try to get as close as possible to the coloured areas, right on the edge. Some of the smaller decals are more difficult to do that but I try as best I can. 👍

Top work mate, I'd heard of the wet sticker method but never actually tried it - will do next build. Did you apply a clear coat after?

Thanks Peter. Oh yeah makes things a lot easier. I should have done it with the long stickers on the Turbo Scorpion, but I was too lazy to fill a bowl with soapy water, paid for it in the end 😭. Thanks mate, hoping to get it out for a run this week in stock form. Then will do some mods on it a little later. 👍
