Looks amazing. Now that the RC bug has bitten you, any thoughts on what the next will be? I'd recommend trying drift.

I'm getting the Team Associated RC10 B74. I prefer buggies over anything.

Why don't Tamiya provide a hard polycarbonate body for this mcdel? The biscuits I just ate came in similar packaging. These weak bodies put me off the Hornet and HotShot etc.

LOL. I dunno man. Tamiya is more of a casual hobby grade RC maker on the off road side. They haven't made a current Tamiya Chassis for competition in years. While they may have some of the more unique designs, they're not for competition like they used to be.

It's almost impossible to cut this body if you're not a pro (or an artist with the knife). In particular the cockpit area seems to be an unsolvable challenge, also the long straight lines of the spoiler. And if you watch all that cutting stuff - the key spots are never shown in a way which would be helpful and could be imitated. Frankly, that’s the reason why I did stop building these cars - I just felt that the fun-factor disappeared when you did your bloody best and ending up with frayed edges and serpentine lines where a “laser-cut dead-straight” line would be the culmination of a perfect body

I feel you man I just got my Hotshot and cut the spoiler last night it took me about one and a half hour lol with a hobb knife. Almost scewed it up but with a little luck it turned to be almost perfect. Now I'm just rolling my eyes on the body but don't have the courage to start the process. Would be nice if these would come precut from the factory. (This is my first rc build so I'm not a pro though)
