Dude, thank you for showing that spring trick. I'm sitting here filing down washers to fit between the drive cups and the uprights to reduce the slop, and this just saved me a lot of time. It still has a little bit of wobble, but much tighter than nothing. I'm looking at breaking 100mph and was only getting about 53mph on the GPS before she wiped out. Nice run and build!

I’m know right! That’s Y I picked up the no prep drag racing kit for me it’s all about fun and if I get a50 mph on the first hit I’ll be really excited in 132f or less .. i’ve got Hobby town on it 😁. I’ll pick up Pinion gears next week at this point, I’m undecided esc and motor .. I have the sky rc gps on the way from China with the app to do pb .. 😊. All in on 2s spec racing ..

looks hard to drive maybe if you have one of those gyro systems give it a go it sure helps you keep a straight line that's for sure!! Bring her back into the work bench area!!!

Hey nice run. I was looking at the lamp posts by the side of the road and thinking that you really don't want to hit those at speed. This contest is trickier than it looks with this twitchy little chassis. 50mph would be awesome for me too but I've not done it yet. Hope you make it 👍👍

Go with a 5200kv brushless, I put on in my Kyosho Fazer MK2 with stock gears and I'm breaking 50mph👍🏻good luck and I'll see you in the next video😁

Getting there but needs a lot of gearing up for 50mph.

I wish that I understood gearing along with deciding on which KV of motor to use in my HPI Blitz short course truck and HPI Sprint 2 car. In my truck, I put a Castle Creations SCT motor kit with its Mamba Max Pro ESC & 2400kv motor and use a 3S battery but am using stock gearing and I don't know if that's ok or not. I also own a Castle 1406 5700kv motor that I planned on putting in the Sprint2. My Castle motors are the older models before their sensorsed versions came out. My truck is heavy with enlarged heatsink, motor fan, oil shocks, LED head & tail lights. I don't race on a track since none are close enough to me so I stick to the yard and parking lots. Can you or someone else give me some advice??? Thanks!
