Really interesting case study in format and location. This video feels like it’s crying out of a wider, third camera shot to see guest and interviewer at the same time. I went back to see if in normal CSD episodes there is that third cam and there isn’t. But the small intimate settings of an actual chicken shop mean it doesn’t feel needed. Clearly there were tons of demands from the England side on the crew. Amelia was doing everything she could there to make it work but the point of this show is to take people out of their normal setting and make it neutral. Doesn’t work when you’re in their training ground.
