Shouldn't be surprised with all the high density apartment buildings going up. BTW it also means aggravating the traffic nightmare we are already in. I hate driving around here. It does however bring out both the best and the worst in us. Lots of accidents. High insurance and costs related to gas usage, injury, and death. Tax dollars use for infrastructure is well worth it and saves us money in the long run.
