Congratulations to Tan Zhongyi. I have to say that the translating girl is amazing. She translated really accurately and completely, with minimal paraphrasing.
@@jayasuriyas2604 Yes. I learned it. Also, you can tell that when Zhongyi answers something in a descriptive way, the translator also gives a long answer. It means that she tries to say each and every thing that Zhongyi said
Sorry for going out of topic..but Is it possible to learn Chinese through online help? Or Is it too difficult? If its possible Can you please suggest some sources?..
Both Tan and Gukesh come from either side of the age spectrum and both have shown that age doesn’t matter in these important tournaments in chess - if you set your mind to it you can win whether you are in your teens or your 30s ❤👏👏👏✨
after the interview ended, i saw that I was smiling too. Her smile during the whole interview just build the happiness Inside me, All the best Tan Zhongyi, for the World championship.
Sagar is such an amazing interviewer. Despite the language barrier, the interview was really good. (ofcourse with the help of the translator ,but still) Good job ❤❤
Asians are mostly down to earth and very humble, being at the peak, success, fame or popularity nothing affects their sweet demeanor! Love to see more such humble personalities at the Top. Congratulations Tan🎉 Hope she wins the WC! Best wishes ❤
Another beautiful interview. But wow my respect for her just skyrocketed. Not only she is a player a worldclass one at that but on top of that she is coaching so many kids at the same time BIG W!❤️
Thanks a lot for such great interview!! 🤩Huge congrats to Tan Zhongyi!!🎉🎉 And we really need to give a lot of praise to the translator, Tan has been at the top for a very very long time, but I learned more about her personality in this event than in all the previous ones combined (which made me even more of a fan :), all thanks to the wonderful job of the translator and to channels like yours, who then could talk to her.
Asian players including Indian (these days need to say it) are all very humble, respectful & also the humility to appreciate the competitors. - Always give +ve vibes. -
At this point, no one is a pro chess player! Some are coaches, commentators, streamers, authors, politicians, RU-vidrs (Podcasters), tweet pros like @anishgiri , and mathematicians like the legendary Vladimir ...
I wish our players also speak in their mother tongue rather than English wherever they go to play. I wished for Humpy or Vaishali to win but they peaked quite late. A India vs China on both sections of the World Championship would have been epic!!
She is extraordinary, but facing Ju Wenjun won't be easy. She is far stronger than most chess players. Her peek was 2604 absolute elite regardless of gender. Tan Zhongy peek is 2530. Ju Wenjun deep was the product of the pandemic.
So, we (correctly) give the privilege of a formal/informal Translator to Chinese, but somehow reluctant to extend the same privilege to Pragg's Mother ?
China womens chess mei dominate kar rha hai,,, i see ki china asian games mei bhi womens ne jada medal laya tha, we need to focus on womens participation too
I don't support feminism at all but I still think women chess needs to be appreciated more, she's the womens candidates winner but still not getting half of appreciation as compared to gukesh.
@@abhimanyusingh5134 It's not just about indians my friend, i haven't seen any interviewer taking her interview except Sagar bhai, no RU-vid or twitch channel is talking about her .
