Watch the FULL ENDING SONG during the movie. I know you already reacted to it - Homura by LiSA, but listening to it during the movie is a different experience. Edit: I saw someone purposefully spoil the movie in this comment section here. So be careful

I would highly advise against streaming the movie. It's nothing against twitch chat as a whole, but some people WILL be a problem and I'd hate for the movie to be spoiled for you. I also think in general having a chat to watch will probably be way too distracting for this movie lol

I agree Luke's chat is usually well behaved but when you stream another series just for a single movie you never know what will happen with the increased viewers could do emote only and turn off alerts but at that point why even bother.

Watching the movie needs the focus and immerse to the story, the music, the characters, as much the details we can get in first watch.... just like what you did here, you watched, if you missed, it's ok to rewind or pause sometimes

The reason for me to vote for the movie instead of episodes was just so that you won't get distracted. Streaming the movie will definitely distract you as people in chat keeps asking stupid stuff and it will surely be annoying. Tbh it would be soo much better, if you react to the movie like you did for Aot special episodes.

*answers and info for this episode:* 4:53 they were literally just talking about how murata nearly got melted/dissolved. he is the one who’s clothes got melted off in the process 💀 21:16 for the socks thing here, it’s a traditional japanese sock called “tabi”, and they have a split in them because japanese traditionally always wore those thonged footwear.

I vote against steaming the Mugen Train movie. The vibes are different with your live-reactions and it would ruin the consistency for Demon Slayer reacts. Not to mention chat distracts you and spoilers. What you can do is have a live airing of your reaction video on youtube so people can chat on the side during it.

The duality of Kocho is really cool since you can tell from the first moment you meet her - it really comes across during the demon killing when she isl ike " Lets be friends" but the moment the demon falters she is like "well I am gonna torture the hell out of you doe". Its such a well written mental issue cuz the undertones are always there, from the tone of her voice to every line she says.

Having a better understanding as to why Shinobu Kocho is now I see why you start to like her now. And you are so right about people who smile all the time deep down they have a lot more going on with them that they truly aren't happy. At least for the most part it is very much true. There are of course certain cases where that might not be the case. I do feel like because of how much Tanjiro reminds her of her sister I wonder if that is also what made her put her trust in him more.

Shinobu is my favourite hashira and I still think she was 100% messing with the demon girl on the mountain. She knew she was lying and was making insane proposal to that demon and as Tanjiro noticed, she carries so much anger towards demons. However, along that anger, she wears the smile her sister loved and tries to carry on her dream, but that doesn't mean she will apply that dream during a fight or in a situation like that on the mountain, the anger wins there. As you could see she was going to kill Nezuko right away. The scary part is that she still does all of that while smiling and I kind of love it.

One thing I love about Demon Slayer is that Tanjiro doesn’t automatically power up. Instead, we see him struggle & train to learn the Total Concentration Breathing Constant. I agree with what you said about Zenitsu that he badass when he’s asleep or horny. To quote Cinema Sins: “The power of boners is stronger”. I feel like Shinobu’s older sister would’ve loved to meet Nezuko. I think meeting a friendly demon would’ve made her really happy. I love how flustered Tanjiro was when Shinobu was right next to him. You’ll learn more about the Hashiras further down the line. I’m against you streaming the movie on Twitch. Watching your reactions on RU-vid feels like it’s just you & me watching the movie. While on Twitch, the chat might be a bit intrusive.

Make sure you watch the episode with Rengoku before you watch the movie it’s supposed to lead into the movie I believe it’s the first episode of season 2 and if it’s not someone can correct me

Do not livestream Mugen Train movie it will ruin the experience for you I guarantee it. It really is up to you what you want to do, but its not a good idea. Also with chat they will likely cause you to lose focus or even hint on spoilers from just as you are watching. Like "Oh here comes this part" or something like that. I know people have different key points that is a spoiler, but even hints on what is coming up kind of ruins the anticipation.

The socks Luke was worried about were old Japanese socks called "tabi". The Japanese still wear "tabi" socks when they cut a "kimono". In Japan there are old-fashioned shoes called "geta" or "zori" in which a single strap called "hanao" is inserted between the thumb and forefinger of the foot. This is why there is a gap between the thumb and forefinger in tabi. Tabi is said to be good for health and socks in the shape of tabi shoes are still sold today.

Remember if your planning to watch the movie make sure to first watch s2 ep 1 (Aka the first episode of the mugen train arc) its got entirely new stuff from the movie. Then after watch the movie, and after that start from s2 ep 8 (Aka ep 1 of the entertainment district arc

Luke, episode 24 is *NOT* the end of season 1. There’s actually two more episodes you need to finish BEFORE watching the Mugen Train movie. Demon Slayer Season 1 has *26 EPISODES.*

Dont stream the movie. Im sure majority of viewers dont want you to break immersion by looking at chat. And chat does not hold back trying to hint or spoil. Streaming is convenient and fun but it happened many times that key anime moments were ruined so I stopped coming to twitch streams.

I think what you said is the best way to go about watching the next season, so the first episode of the mugen train arc, the movie and then start with the entertainment district arc. Don't listen to those who say to watch the film before the first episode of the mugen train arc because when the creators of the anime transposed the film into episodes, they put the first episode and then the episodes in which the events of the film are narrated, consequently they wanted those who were approaching the series for the first time to see the first episode first and then what happens in the film. I can't explain the reason of course because otherwise I would be making spoilers, but if they did that there is a reason! Once you finish season 1, You should react to Teamfore Star 6 min Demon Slayer abridged. You'll get a good laugh out of it It's only season one, no spoiler for future seasons
