Forget that the DK tank was wearing T8 gear with agility enchants and gems in a T10 dungeon during a gear check fight. And he refused to let the other tank taunt off him when his de-buff stacks got too high. This went on about a month before I finally realized he was not going to get it.
I didn't like it that much the first time, but now, after the 5th, I'm pressing the replay button yet again and pasting the YT link to mp3 download site. You should have put an earworm warning there! :) Oh, and Iodine: +1 sub :).

Haha this song brings back all these memories about this pally tank that got such a bad rep on the shadowsong server during LK that every time he tried to form a pug icc trade chat would explode with healers screaming stuff like "Don't do it, it's suicide!!!!" xD

great song I've been there on all roles prot/arms warrior, resto/boomkin druid, enhance/resto shaman. on tanking I did average but haven't tanked since lich king
Last night I was healing a pally and struggling to keep a dude alive and didn’t realize he was in Ret spec before he perished and I got charged by the boss and all it’s minions!
Late to the comments, but as a former pally tank healer from ICC days... I can feel the pain in this. But then I turned tank with my warrior and druid... MT tanking ICC 10 wearing 200 ilvl blues :) OT'ing ICC 25 pugs. I actually got an invite back :)
The song is great, really good parody of Safe and Sound. I do have to kind of agree with the comments on the male vocalist though....I blasted this louder then I normally would and he sounds muffled and far away. Also in comparison to Letomi it sounds heavily processed. Not sure if intentional and I'm just sharing thoughts not trying to be a critic because I like the song (3rd time playing in a row right now).
Lol, I remember when I tired to tank Throne of Thunder with out any enchants or gems, I got to Lei Shin and my lack of gear polish came through very quick.
I had a tank who was literally wearing level 5 armor... I inspected him because I was healing and he was wearing level 5 armor besides like 2 heirlooms...
When I first heard this song I had just gotten kicked from a garrosh group because no matter how hard I tried I couldn't keep this DPS monk up. He said "oh the tank and dps gear is the same, I'll just swap specs" and never mitigated. But he was geared so obviously it must have been a healer issue.
The only complaint I have is the audio for they vocals is pretty muffled and can be difficult to hear. Your lyrics are on point though! I would love to hear a version with clearer vocals. :)
It is clearly not about LFR "You should invite me" "Time to /ignore Must avoid that guild when they're around And Mister Tank-Whose-Always-Down" Everything here seems to point out the fact the healers were going as pick up in a guild-based group, so not LFR but NM (I won't talk about HM because of the tank's stuff as described in the end). Getting in a guild doesn't assure people they can raid, p.u. is quite regular if you want to raid and this situation (going with a guild-based group) is also quite regular and can be such a torture when you go with unbrained people. Bright side of the story : should be less frequent in WoD as people will need to have achieved Silver rank of Ordalie (no sufficient filter, I agree, still a beginning).
They didn't have LFR until like patch something in wrath. So they had to be in a guild to raid and stuff dude. With or Without LFR doesn't change a thing, as LFR is not the final step of PvE. And this is actually quite the opposite. Back to the time we needed to form our own groups, even for dungeons, it was quite common for players to konw 2 or 3 groups of player that would accept them in raid, especially during WotLK because of its numerous raids. And healers were already quite demanded. And being in a guild doesn't change a thing neither, because you can guild-raid on Wed, Sat & Sun and go as a pick up on Mon & Tue, to try to clean before reset. This was not unusual during BC and WotLK to see healers "borrowed" for the night because some guild you knew wasn't raiding and you needed one more healer on your team.
W0WHub I had a doubt because I didn't use it when it was finally launched so it seemed that old to me :) Anyway, with or without LFR, if you raid as a pick-up you can always encounter that kind of behavior. Ordalie proof to access LFR might help a little but I doubt this will be THE solution. Wait & see ^^

I don't know. I don't really like the male voice, I think its the fact its not very clear compared to Letomi's voice that sounds very clear. Maybe its the recording equipment he is using.
