The guy that pushed him on the train tracks was dumb as hell for doing that because then he’ll go to jail for that and then his family will suffer even more because of him now.

Believe it or not, it's an even DUMBER move in the original light novel the anime is adapted from! In that version, the REAL reason he was fired was because he'd been embezzling from the company (on top of not doing enough real work, which is part of how they caught him), but the company's bigwigs had no plans to press any charges against him, believing that simple unemployment was punishment enough. So basically, Fired Dude's situation went from "got off practically scot-free albeit jobless and somewhat embarrassed" to "committed second-degree (possibly first-degree) murder of the boss who fired him in front of literally DOZENS of witnesses, and the reason for him committing murder (getting fired for embezzling) will almost certainly come up in court, rendering the company's attempt to allow him to save face pointless." Bro didn't just send himself back to Square One or even Square ZERO, he somehow unlocked Square NEGATIVE One! 🤦‍♀

Tanya actually isn't evil. The god of this world, who Tanya calls Being X, is doing this to her so she will believe in God. He gives her a portion of his powers, but she has to pray to him to gain control of it. Also, she actually didn't commit any war crimes. You have to watch the show.

I'll add something extra when Tanya's eyes are yellow she is using a cursed/blessed magic device giving her great power (only she can use this item) however it erodes her will and she becomes a fanatical worshiper of God/being X.

Nah Tanya is way crazier than Roberta. Keep in mind Roberta is an avenger. She went crazy because she lost her master and she was trying to avenge him. Thats legit motivation. Tanya is crazy by default, she just does whatever she deems necessary for her survival and had no problem wiping out entire countries if she thinks its necessary.
