This is a part of my 'Center Floor' Exercise Series, consisting of short combinations to be done without traveling, in the center of the dance space. In this tap dance tutorial (TAP-torial) I will be teaching a center floor paddle 'n' roll exercise that, although physically simple, involves some complicated weight shifting, and is a bit on the mentally challenging side.
