If you have connected it with your phone then no one else can set it up again unless it is reset. However you do get sharing option in app through which you can share the camera control with other mobile phones.

Yes you can use mobile data, but you cannot use same mobile internet to connect to camera and also use as a wifi at the same time, you need to take hotspot from other device.

Agar SD card nahi insert kar rakha hai aur Cloud Services bhi nahi le Rakhi, tab bhi recording ka option aa Raha hai. Record hone ke baad vo “Playback and Download” mein recording dikh rahi hai. To recording kaha save ho rahi hai? Kya SD card Lena Chahiye?

If you have wifi router in house then camera will connected to it, but if you are using mobile hotspot then if you go out then you wont be able to see live footage, but camera will still record footages if memory card is there.

Maine camera reset kia. Uske bad jab ma add kr rha hu use dobara se tapo app ma to hume ek bar phone wifi ko camera ke hotspot se jodna hota hai for further. But mera camera to signal dena hi chod dia hotspot ka to mai isko setup nahi kr pa rha hu. Koi solution h iska

Agar reset karne ke baad bhi connect nahi ho raha, toh Tapo support se baat karke dekho, camera mai issue hoga toh warranty me replace ho jayega.
