Hello, I did as instructed in the video and connected it and the green light came on and then it moved and then it asked me to update and then suddenly it stopped. I tried to solve the reset but it did not work and the red light only. I canceled the father program and reinstalled it that did not work. The camera is frozen. What is the solution? Please I tried to access my private network and did not find the name of the camera’s network. C200, please solve it. Is it a malfunction? Please note that I received it today. Thank you

It seems like the C200 CCTV I purchased isn't connecting to WiFi anymore! It appears that they've updated something in the app this month, causing the CCTV to malfunction!

You can put it to record all the time by going to the schedule section in the camera settings :)

Yeah, I've got the c200 model and right now it only records when motion is detected as I've set that. If you use the paid subscription, you can even make the camera track faces and follow them! camera Is awesome and getting more soon.

I have three C200 that will not hold the WiFi signal but Tapo won't help at all. They happy to sell to you but useless at doing anything else.

Only worked for about 1 year then just stopped. Now it just has solid red light. Uninstalled app reinstalled app reset cameras (yes 2 with same problem) still red light. App says it can’t pair. Pile of crap. But really really good for one year. And it seems like after sales care is not their forte

Lift up on lens there is a reset button.. hold until light turns red. It will reboot and start talking.

Problemy z tym urządzeniem są takie że to się w pale nie mieści, konfiguracja woła o pomstę do nieba, kończy się to co chwilę resetem, za 20/30 razem może dopiero zaskoczy połączenie z urządzeniem przez wi-fi. W trakcie parowania przerywa połączenie.

You have to have a router at home to send data to your mobile data phone, I have this set up and can view, listen at other property 30 miles away, I use a remote router with a small amount of data sim card. 😊
