Wow, what a difference a reno and open floor plan can do to a modernized house from the ancient 1950s; especially, investing over $170K in Reno Costs and a much improved backyard pool and landscape. Tarek and Christina sure made a great profit from the original $770K asking price to $960K asking price that somebody was sold on buying this terrific looking house flip. That's funny, it took the HGTV Cameraman to open up the folding table instead of Tarex & Christina. 🤣
Kitchen/dining/living layouts are awkward, individually as well as their relationship to one another. Huge empty space in front of the fireplace, cramped little dining area in the kitchen. Same old finishes. Good thing for some interesting tile. Would have been to keep a window in that bathroom. I feel like all their houses look the same but for the tile.
Oh, Tarek. Why is it so common for guys to try to force things instead of just doing it properly? There's a little metal piece that releases the legs. 🙄🤣 That reno was amazing!! It was old, outdated, and boring before and now it looks brand new. They made a killing. I'd love to see the buyers, but they're never shown.
