Clutch the pearls! We're not drowning in a sea of grey. I like the kitchen with all the windows. I don't like a staircase right at the front door, so its a no for me.

Really couldn’t ask for more ……. Except maybe a fridge and blinds on the windows and probably a washer / dryer ……..but besides that have you seen the view of the smog ?

She has a template that she uses on EVERY house. There's little creativity in either of them. They found something they can do and they do it ad infinitum.

You can tell this was old by 1) they're in the same car 2) she's not wearing false eyelashes nor squinting 3) she actually gets hands on 4) they discuss floor plans together 5) they don't try to knock out every wall for an "open concept floor plan"

What an awesome home! I wonder what it sold for. The clothing and materials tell you how old this episode is. Lol. The stagers almost always did a terrible job. I wonder what Christina saw in them.

@@djjones7039 I also do not like Pete, because he always wants to just use the cheapest and quickest. I will never buy a house from him. Why Tarek & Christina got on with him is because they were there to curb all his cheap and plaster over plans.

The more I look at Christina the more I realize she is not that pretty at all. Her face has gotten swollen & I can see where she is not going to age well. Other than that, she & Tarek does amazing work!

She is gorgeous and if you look at her from close up today, she is really beautiful and has a flawless skin.
