Tariq never really knew Ghost. He only got a glimpse of Ghost when Ghost pulled the gun on him. He wouldn't have known the details of Ghost and Tommy's business relationship.
A tariq vs tommy storyline is actually what I wanted for like the last season of ghost (I thought that show would get more seasons when it first aired) but in season 3 they made it a big point in episode 9 and 10 that Tommy and Tasha squashed the beef and that Tommy was no longer a threat to them, personally I wanted the second to last season to end with Tasha’s death finally by the hands of Tommy and have him and tariq go at it. In my mind this only would’ve worked if Tariq got a lot more experience in the drug game but book 2 only got 4 seasons and didn’t really grow Tariq’s character at all
I always thought that it would came full circle that Tariq would be involved in the death of Kanan, James Ghost St Patrick and Tommy for Tariq to take Power.
I already figured it out. Tommy and Tyriq already have there own spinoff dropping. Force is going to take place n the same time frame as Ghost, Same period of time. At the very last scene of Force finale, Tommy gone pick up the phone, n call Tyriq and then we will see Tyriq from Ghost last scene, n that's how they gone bring n there new series spinoff!!! Diana gone take over Monet place n Effie n Brayden move product for Tyriq and thats there spinoff WATCH!!
Tommy and Tariq could became rivals because Tommy told Elise Marie that Tariq left the penthouse door open for Tommy smoke Proctor. And Tariq betrayed Tommy by sending Vincent and his crew after Tommy because Tommy didn't wanna take out Ghost.
I love your videos man. But think could be wrong on this one. They worked hard to get Tariq as a likable character to root for after killing one of the pillars of the power universe to fuck up all that progress up over him killing the other pillar that’s left. I think he more in line to help Tommy and have an opportunity to expand his empire across states. He will be involved in most spin offs I think he becomes the plug for everybody.
It’s probably the opposite of what he was preaching in the last episode. Tommy is technically an attachment he has to distance himself from to succeed in the game.
Tariq the kingpin of NYC but can't shoot or fight. Its too unbelievable! Tariq didnt earn it ! We haven't seen him evolve ...we've only be told that he has. This is why the writings sucks! They just tell us but they don’t show how Riq is the Apex predator.
Tariq will learn how to fight, he’s at the top of the food chain so he has time do get things done and one of them is that. Him and Brayden will gain more experience in the drug game and by the time cane comes back he will recognize and new Tariq and Brayden; cane gonna come back and try get the streets back
