There are no words to describe how much I love this whole album. I'm all for Tarja's experiments, but when she experiments with epic spooky sound and gothic, I just love her. She herself doesn't really like the original songs on this album because they are overplayed and commercial, but she let her daughter and friends choose the songs for this album.
This album is really good! It gets better every time I hear it. In my opinion, the best songs are Dark Christmas and O Holy Night. You should listen to those ones too. :) The normal versions are so over played that I can't stand most of them so these new versions from Tarja are really welcome.
Excelente reacción a Tarja Turunen como SOLISTA ella es la Dark Queen del Rock Metal Sinfónico Lírico Operístico Gótico 🤘🏻🔥🔥🔥 espeluznante, gótica y angelical a su vez una mezcla estridente y extravagante , un dato a tener en cuenta; estas canciones del nuevo álbum de Tarja Turunen forma parte del soundtrack de la película Dark Christman recientemente estrenada y su hija Naomi aparece en algunos de los vídeos oficiales cinematográficas como en Frosty the Snowman y Jingle Bells y otros esta super genial que Tarja haya involucrado a su hija en estos vídeos ya que su hija es muy fans de las canciones navideñas 😏 gracias por reaccionar a la mujer gótica más infravalorada del Rock Metal Sinfónico Operístico TARJA TURUNEN se merece que la valoren más y la tengan en cuenta ciertos creadores de contenidos o reactores ella es una estrella muy angelical el año que viene hará un Tour por Latinoamérica y como invitado especial tendrá a Marco Hietala ex bajista de la banda Nightwish en todo el Tour en Marzo de 2024 estarán tocando juntos en Argentina , luego estarán por Brasil , México y otros países de la ruta del Tour espero contar con este canal para reaccionarlos ❤🤘🏻🔥🔥🔥
This is what I meant by rehabilitate a song. Without Micheal's personal demons and fate overwhelming the song. Takes a genius of Taa-rr-ee-aa's caliber to make that song work. Turning over played, sacchrine overly artificial cheer intio something truly beautiful again, especially those melancholic souls who can't find pure joy at this time of year, who need something more, something real to lift the dark veil. This album is for those souls. Understand Finland in Winter vast parts never see the sun for 6 months. Its cold, dark and silent. The traditional music including christmas music reflects it. Then add loss of a loved one or in her case her mother, and the holiday season has a huge gaping hole in it. Schmaltzy cheer is not very welcome. That is what she channels here. Some songs are kids songs so rudolph, frosty, jingle bell rock can only be so much. We are dealing with a kid's choir ages 10/11 so take dark with a grain of salt. We don't want them to have nightmares. ❤😂
