Only problem I have is when you sing with someone else you're supposed to control your voice and keep at the same levels as them - not overpower them. She could have eased it down a little bit and it would have been perfect.
I agree but she wrote the song an you know there is a lot of Ego. Its funny because you would think Jyrki voice would be more powerful in this situation. He played it to safe and ended up getting school but he was a gentleman.
The only problem that I noticed is the Tv show. Most of your don't watch this mainstream programs. And they are the opposite, most from the underworld. Love both and was nice. But the stage, the lights can transmit the essence of Tarja and Jyrki.

Oh man, Jyrki was fine. Not the best, but definitely not the worst considering the range for him. But that woman is completely awful and was torture to listen to. 😬
They both have grat voice Tarja very high and Jyrki very low. They can be better singing this song separately and not together. It's not match together very well.
I think she not your cup that's all. Just like me nothing against Floor but I think she would do better in Broadway. Anette is a brilliant song writer and I like her twist in a lot of the addition songs in Nighwish Dark Passion Play and Imaginaerum but don't make her sing the Classic that made the band famous. If this shit was on american TV the whole channel would have been shut down. Fucking Horrible. Im a huge fan of 69 eyes but fuck... this chick is scary as hell. Just way to different vocal frequencies and styles to mix.
