I cant listen to the studio version anymore. Tarja switched the chorus to a higher key on her solo tours and it is like it was meant to always be this way. She has so much power. She owns this to the bone. And Alex, damn! You are a Swiss knife. Never leave!

Even with such low quality sound you can hear how much tarja's voice has developed. She goes down to chest voice and sounds good, aproaches the notes with such confidence that allows her to insert her own artistic variations, and the end is very powerful yet more precise compared to the end of an era version.
Although this is not a very good recording, Tarja looks and sounds as good as ever in recent performances. More importantly, she seems happier and a more ‘rounded person’ than when fronting Nightwish.

Tarja is using the recorded samples owned by Tuomas and Nightwish, that means that he gave her permission to use them, maybe the relationship between them is improving
We don’t know what happens behind the scene but we all know that Tuomas does not hold a grudge on Tarja and she is the co-founder of Nightwish so it’s ok for her to sing very few songs from them but her solo career and music has grown and florished so she won’t be able to sing many songs. On her own obviously

He adored her maybe maybe even loved her romantically to me he looks only saddened by the fact she wanted a solo career and do her own thing, wonder how he took the news of tarjás stroke wonder if that made him think . They’ll could die without making peace with each other and that would be SAD
Well, she doesn't need to actually seek permission to use the sample in a live show. It is not illegal. She would need if the objective was to record it in a DVD or album.
@@yuriperez1221 It is not illegal to use it in a live or concert but it still needs permission, since it charges tickets to see those shows that include songs owned by Nightwish, this is what she referred to when she said that "the only contact that I had with the band were emails with a white background" referring to the contracts, the same thing happened when she sang Ever Dream/Tuntakamen/Slayer The Dreamer/The Rider they only allowed her to sing the parts where she modified the original demo (added from the part opera in Slayer The Dreamer, for example) even so, the relationship between Tarja and Nightwish improved, since the band's official website has current photos of her and even a biography.
