I've always hated developers that force you into playing the game the way they want you to and not have the freedom to play it the way you enjoy it. I'm not a rat, by the way, but I don't mind the rats. Just let them have fun. Fun is subjective.

Thank god sam said this. Everyone thinks this change will make people bring in more gear to increase chances of survival, when all it does is create more gear fear by not having a definite way to make the cost of the loadout back causing people to spend less and avoid more gunfights. Even as a chad now (former rat), I still resent the flea market changes. The flea market used to be like the grand exchange from runescape, it allowed you to play day-trader without risking real financial assets. It was another aspect of fun to the game, it's what helped me make chad loadouts despite being lvl-10, flipping certain items and whatnot. Runescape even has a real-time stock price counter, showing what's up and what's down, basically a full blown wall-street in an mmorpg which gives it a lot of vitality as a game.

Next patch is gonna be the “headstand,coom, and shoot someone in the left clavicle” quest. And all you’ll be rewarded is tshonka

While Nikita may think he has us rats by the balls there is an extremely simple solution to this predicament, my brothers: We start playing like the biggest shitlords imaginable. We gotta camp exits harder than we've ever camped before, we gotta camp main highways, we gotta be that one jackass on Reserve that waits for someone to pull the hermetic door lever and then snipes them as they try to leave the little shitshack they're now trapped in. Basically, my rodent brethren, we gotta make Nikita understand what happens when you make a rat care about his life.

Every patch, they add some more economy or buffs or soft skills for No Lifers so as to tip the scale in their favor for seal clubbing. I now can no longer cause harm to geared players because of their superior gear and I've run more than 50 raids and have only survived a gunshot a single time. Every shot from every gun one shots me. I routinely die and see after action reports saying I landed 10-30 hits on my enemy. To clarify, I hit people 10-30 times without killing them and they need only hit me once. The seal clubbing is so bad that if I outplay an opponent so much that I score 30 times as many hits as them before they land their first hit and only hit on me, I will lose the confrontation every single time. The seal clubbery is so extreme that being 30 times better than someone that plays all day is not enough. My top rounds so far are dumping 2 mags of Saiga into a guy and reading that his armor prevented over 1000 damage despite my shots landing on his neck and chin and a round using an AK-74U where I landed 143 hits on a guy before he hit me once. Total hits: 143. Total damage: 143. The seal clubbing is ridiculous. Just because some guy plays all day, the game mechanics hand him the victory in every firefight against casual players, even if the fight starts with the casual dumping an entire mag into him before he finally figures out what's going wrong. Then he only has to land one shot on me to wipe me out. Also, he gets to earn his entire kit passively while in the raid, so even if he somehow died, it wouldn't matter to him. And then on top of that, he runs faster, moves silently, jumps higher, etc etc etc.

I saw AquaFPS at a grocery store in Los Angeles yesterday. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn’t want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything. we nerfed the escape of tarkov, but we buffed the entrance. We even installed a sign that say's Ratting will set you free in german you guys are going to love it!

if the inventory space was infinite, losing "found in raid" status would be ok, you'd just hoard important stuff for the hideout or expensive ammo, since it's not, this patch just ups the frustrating factor

I remember commenting a long time ago about how you were way ahead of your time, best RU-vidr you could say. When I found out the custom plastic hand-grip for the gunsmith part 1 (MP-133) was selling for upwards of 250,000 rubles I immediately bought hard drives to trade for it from mechanic to then sell on the... oh wait... GOD DAMNIT.

Love how the devs are hyperfocused on making the game even more inaccessible rather than fixing the myriad of issues. Like every Scav being crack marksmen for your unarmored limbs.

They've now patched out container-backpack stacking in stash, weapons require found in raid to sell, and you can craft graphics cards in your stash.

It seems like they're trying to make the game as absolutely unapproachable to new players as possible. I already suck at Tarkov and this wipe basically made it unplayable. The game is literally turning into 95% of players eternally grinding scav runs because they have 0 rubles, and the other 5% taking all of the dev's attention and making them constantly rebalance the game around them because they get loot too fast

Making it so you can't resell stuff after buying it is pretty bs all jokes aside

It's worth noting Tarkov runs only 20 tick servers, that's why Sam's teammate stuttered right infront of him at 9:15 The severs seriously need to upgrade to 60 tick minimum really.

This patching of loot found against selling it on the market is insanity. Tarkov devs literally forget 24/7 that the majority of its players have OTHER OBLIGATIONS A LIFE OUTSIDE of just fucking playing this game. Yes it can be fun also extremely frustrating and timesinking to the next level. I cant go wasting time in it anymore I have other difficult games to play that are more enjoyable. Dark souls, bloodborne, Doom, Mordhau, Insurgency Sandstorm my crippling mod addicted gameplay of skyrim. Its like wtf ... the flea market in my eyes was for the most part that one little tool so that people who cant play as well can still make some scratch on the side by being SMART ECONOMICS.

You have no idea how infuriating this patch has been in regards to the "FIR" tag...it's got to a point where I've considered putting tarkov down until another major update...it's been less than 2 fucking weeks. I would have liked a middle ground where an XP requirement has to be met for FIR tag to be on container items, even if it is a few thousand but this...this is beyond reprehensible.
