He has visible abs and his cephalic veins are prominent in his biceps, but he's not super vascular or shredded, but he's still in very good shape and it's also a realistic and sustainable goal. 170lbs and 10-12% body fat at 5'9" is definitely achievable. (According to IMDb, he achieved a weight of 195lbs and 12% body fat for Kingsman, but I don't think that's accurate. 195lbs is big. I think most sources are accurate when they put him at around 170lbs. He's muscular, but he's not "big.")

@@kingofthering3343 thanks bro! I'm a 158lbs right now with 12.5%. I'm aiming for 165 lbs (75kg) by mid summer. But my final goal will be 175 lbs (80kg) with 12% body fat. Anything more than that, and I'll look like a manlet due to my short height. Although, I don't think this actor's body is an ectomorph like me. I bet he's a mesomorph.

Do you really think a million budget movie project couldn´t find the money to cgi the pimples out in post production? Or put enough make-up on? I think they put that pimples there on purpose to visualize the potrayed persons choices.
