Really enjoyed that once again! Shows that wild camping isn't always about those prime National Park trig point locations - sometimes the best views are from fields a few miles away! Thanks for sharing, looked just my sort of camp. 👍
It was around a 10 minute drive and then a mile and a half of walking to get there. I suppose the farmer could have found me had he come to tend to the cows, but I was left alone to enjoy the wonderful view. I have seen you camp in similar places on your channel, especially your micro adventure videos, and really enjoyed them. The old hips are giving me problems these days, so I cannot walk too far. Thanks for watching. 👍
Great vid. Loved the chilled out cows (why people are so scared of them I don't know) and that castle looks very impressive. I need to try a tarp and groundsheet camp soon...
The cows were actually quite funny because as soon as they saw me coming they all gathered in a row at the fence, one of them even licked my hand. Thanks for the comment and for watching. 👍
Sad sight seeing those cows.. All mothers and calves taken away either for veal, dead within a week, or eventually raped by a human hand just to provide milk for humans... Dairy is scary
These cows have some quality of life as they are free to roam all the fields before the inevitable happens to them, also they are not a dairy herd so no milking for them. Thanks for watching.
