TARS is a fuzz/analog filter pedal.
TARS’ fuzz part comes from the Black Hole Symmetry "Singularity" section.
Put it through the analog "MS-20 style" filter to create fuzzy-noisy textures.
Cut through the mix with the different filter and EQ possibilites or sweep between the frequencies to create huge waves of noise.

Simply amazing! I already have a Black Hole Symmetry, but I still want a Singularity pedal. And, of course the TARS sounds pretty sweet. Looking forward to picking them up soon. Thanks, y'all

As a huge interstellar fan, I feel like I need this in my life!! The second riff is really selling me...But does it doom? Edit: nvm just got to the heavy part. This sounds amazing

I find this to be especially interesting. I have the BHS and absolutely loved the fuzz, works great for lead and rhythm. I found that the additional reverb and delay make it an amazing pedal, but I confess i always struggled to make the most of it or find appropriate ways to add the reverb and delay when I'm already running those on separate units. I love that the TARS uses the flagship fuzz tone and adds a filter for some sci-fi like tones. The fact that it supports an expression pedal makes the Tars a must have in my opinion. Definitely gonna try get my hands on this

Is there any way to use the filter by itself without the fuzz? Like, for example, if I wanted to run a different fuzz into the filter? That would add a lot of value, as there are not many MS-20 filter pedals... EDIT: Nevermind, I had only watched the bass part of the demo, and have now started watching the rest of it!

Hey! Sure!! The Parallel mode allows you to use only the filter if you put the gain at zero! :) And it's very nice on bass , synths or drummachines !
