Thank you so much for this series!!! As you said in the series intro, reading those words “quilt as desired” on a pattern always fills me with dread. I’m too inexperienced to know what would look best and I am determined to quilt my own quilts and not send them to the long armer. I really appreciate the way you’re explaining things and the examples shown for each design. thank you!!!
I love this design. It hits me just right in the part of me that's Scottish and thumbs its nose at the Brit part. The Kentucky pig runner part just wants to curl up under it.

Hi! New quilter here. I have really enjoyed these tutorials. Thank you for starting at the beginning. Straight lines are surprisingly tricky. What is your method of storing your samples? I think you mentioned grommets in the supply list.
Thank for your comment and I'm glad they are helpful to you. I store mine currently in a project box until they are all finished and then i'll have a video about how to turn them into a flip book at the end of the series.
