[TAS] Celeste Any% in  

The Celeste Any% TAS has been improved by over 16 seconds since the last encode from September 2020! Improvements were primarily made by Vamp, Marlin, sashabell, calvin, cake, fishmcmuffins, tong815, exopta, wafer, and aleph_null.

Note: this TAS does not employ Save and Quits as a means of saving time. Doing so would result in a faster In-Game Time, but only by replacing periods of no control in game with time on the menu. It never adds routing complexity, and since it creates more down-time, all uses were removed in mid 2022.
