Can a TAS be remade including the super secret red raging storm move ? It can be activated by holding A B C D and pressing start (on cartridge mode) at the beginning of the first round of each match (only ACD or something like that, only 3 of the 4 buttons to avoid a controller's reset on compact disc game version). Move is Down + C, C, Down, DownBack, Back, Forward + CD while the name is flashing white and green after the small combo (only performable when life is low like regular raging storm if am not mistaking).
