R.Mika in Alpha\Zero 3 Mix doesn't gain anything in particular expect benefitting from the overhauled gameplay system a lot, as now she has useful strings that can chain her standing and crouching normals to create situations otherwise impossible in the base game, such as hard knockdown in a normal moves strings such as L.Punch - L.Punch - C.Medium Kick - C.Fierce Kick, changing her rushdown game for the best.
Mika unfortunately has no ways to chain her special moves easily execpt after a crouching Fierce Punch, and the timing for that is very strict too but the potential damage in the corner is very high.
Not requiring 360° or 720° to execute her spacial moves (ground and air command grabs) makes her much easier to play and the added in Just Defence system helps her close game massively, making her a very worrisome short-range grappler that cannot be pushed away easily if facing a skilled player.
What Mika can do in the corner is to string Medium Punch or Crouch Medium Kick into one of her super arts for respectable to high damage and her rushing run super art is very dangerous against a human player because of requiring to guess whether is going to be a strike or a grab.
She is still one of the most difficult characters to use and by no way a combo heavy one outside of V-ISM Trigger (25% or lower health bar and LV3 Super Bar Only), but the few combos she has are very damaging (note that I am playing with dealt damage set at low)

So this is an overhaul mod for Street Alpha 3 that makes so many improvements to characters and general gameplay, incouding a much better interface, that Alpha 3 literally is a kusoge in comparison.
The V-ISM is now a super mode that can only be activated at 25% of your health bar and only by consuming all of the Super Bar: pretty much how a busted, OP gameplay-chancing install should have been (it is similar to how it worked in Alpha 2 but with the sane restriction of only being usable at 25% and less health).
The general changes is that all characters have light, mid and some heavy moves that can be chained, linked and special\super challenged much more easily, allowing to create showy combos even outside of the V-ISM super install at 25% health or less.
Other general change is that 720° and 360° are no more, now all is KOF like with half-circles, allowing for much easier executions for some moves.
Now in the game there is Garou style Just-Defence system with strict timing but massive frame-advantage if you can manage to predict your opponent, such tool is a god send in a TAS because it makes the matches funnier to watch.
