This is a gameplay from Streets of Rage 2 (Mega Drive / GENESIS).
Streets of Rage 2, known in Japan as Bare Knuckle II, is a 1992 side-scrolling beat 'em up video game published by Sega for the Mega Drive/Genesis. A sequel to Streets of Rage (1991), the characters Axel Stone and Blaze Fielding return while the game also introduces two new characters: Max "Thunder" Hatchet and Eddie "Skate" Hunter, the younger brother of Adam Hunter from the first game.

The farthest I gotten playing as axel is stage 7-2 instead of stage 6-2

I didn't know you could stagger like that (tapping the attack button but not finishing the combo) and keep them in perpetual hit stun and deplete the enemy health bar. It's like a psuedo infinite combo. Very effective.

It's cheating I've done it too, kinda wish you didn't do that....I've known about it too, only i do one punch at a time....he does three hits....

TAS stands for tool assisted, this is a computer playing, so it does everything perfect.

@@bradhurst6834yup. perfect but hey.. Not all of them are computers, tool assisted can be the person playing. Have you ever tried the gens application? If you use tool assisted on gens. You should know that it's a real person playing it, but you need lots of save states and load states to get maximum results. 1-3 frames without savestate can be fatal, if the results are not optimal

@@zeyadhesham7472 more or less. idk exactly how it works but look up "tool assisted speedrun" it's basically perfect gameplay with perfect 1 frame reactions, literally impossible for a human but still cool because it shows you how crazy these games can get.
