He could be Forest with no mustache, NOT Marshall! Its so sad how Namco simply abandoned the character of Forest, with a poor story and no relevance to Tekken story...
I agree 100%, they really started to max out the console tech of the time by then. Devil May Cry 3, Burnout series around that time, SPLINTER CELL CHAOS THEORY etc, timeless visual design that holds up today, and these games run pretty well too considering how good they look and what they ran on. Smart devs man. I noticed I see you comment on lots of good videos I find around, I got curious and looked at your channel. Nothing but music from great games, you're a cool dude and I subbed.
@@danknstein6504 I'd also like to distinguish Zone of the Enders: The 2nd Runner, though it was actually released in 2003. The speed, fluidity and freedom of the combat in ZOE2 was truly ahead of its time. Shits on other mecha games to this day... This really was a game where you just hadta upscale it, and it's on even ground with the games of today. It's too bad it isn't more popular, and it's ironic that the remaster for PS4 was forgotten in the wake of Spider-Man (2018), which dropped a few days later, because Spider-Man's actual gameplay is laughable compared to what is possible in ZOE2.
Greatest tributes to martial artists in fighting game history, change my mind. These guys are still awesome, I don't care what anyone says. These combos and counters are exceptional.
Ahh those player names, here are the references I believe, correct me if I'm wrong: Paul = Jisang (Korean Paul player, whom some might remember from Tekken Crash seasons) Law = Double: JP player who mains (or at least to) main Law until Fahk took over(W = general JP use for 'double') Feng = Taizo: An old skool Feng player who still currently plays nowadays. Also uses Lee sometimes.
hello!i'm japanese! this video is tas vs tas number 1 i like movie! but i'm not perfect english sorry!every time waching this channel! everytime tankyou!highway maina!everytime i'm enjoy this channel!
TAS is an underappreciated thing of beauty in the gaming world. I usually watch them for insane Doom map runs, but these Tekken troll victories are hilarious. Tekken is the greatest fighting game series of all time, with the 3rd installment in consideration for best game all time in the genre. I would also put Tekken Tag up there as well. Cool channel.
12:38 WHAT THE HELL IS THAT THROW FENG? YOU KNOW THE MOTION CAPTURED THAT RIGHT OUT OF A KUNG FU FILM WITH JET LI. COOLEST THROW EVER! I LUV YA WORK MAINA! YOU THE BEST!
I fucking love this.Mostly because they progressive hurt eachother in the TAS not just bot dodgin each others blow and then suddenly at the end one of them go full super saiyan
Marshall: "Paul! Forrest was in an accident. I really need that prize money... You gotta let me win!" Paul: "Marshall, I'm sorry, buddy, but I gotta be the toughest in the Universe." Marshall: "You KNOW Forrest! I'm begging you." Paul: "Shut it! I'm gonna be Number 1 and that's final!" Marshall: "Damn you! You'll be eating fried rice through a straw when I'm done with you!" (intense staredown)
Despite the fact that I have a lot of experience in Tekken and have seen a lot, I was interested to see the fight between Paul and Low! This fight turned out to be quite exciting and intriguing. It was obvious that the rivals knew each other well!))) However, despite the fairly good execution of techniques, and sometimes almost perfect, the fighting intelligence of the players lags behind their other skills! Tekken is a unique series of fighting games because it is always interesting to play it, because you always have to not just react, but also THINK! Tekken is not a stupid fight, but a super-speed chess game!) And to be honest, a player playing for Paul Phoenix could have acted more intelligently and pragmatically! Then he would have won. And so, he managed to give the victory to the opponent even in those situations that were already completely his. THANK YOU to the author for this video!) I had fun!)
If fusion was ever a thing in Tekken and Paul and Law ever fused, they'd be the most well balanced fusion in Tekken. *EDIT:* • Law = Bruce Lee • Lei = Jackie Chan • Feng = Jet Li • Paul = Chuck Norris

I'm a Virtua Fighter fan, and haven't played much Tekken since Tekken 3 on PS2, but for some reason Tekken 5 looks a lot more fluid than Tekken 7. Did they change something?
great fights dude you do great work. does anyone know if the janky stutter backflip seen at 12:45 still works in tekken 7? if so, how do you do it? I don't care how hard it is to do, i'll learn it, it's funny as hell.
