How were the drums captured in this setup? I got 2 condenser overheads, a sm57 on my snare and a sm58 on my bass drum. Track 7/8 has only 1 xlr and 1 1/4" input? And how do you set up phantom power for the overheads and still use the sm57 and sm58 dynamic mics at once? Will phantom power affect the 2 dynamic mics?
The song was recorded elsewhere and imported. Normally Phantom Power should not have any effect on dynamic microphones. You can certainly record the drums on channels 3 to 6 and swap the stereo overheads onto channels 7/8 or 9/10.
