Alongside his wife and business partner, Chand, Chef Sid aims to hero the diversity and quality of New Zealand's food and beverage offering while intriguing and delighting diners with his innovative culinary approach.
Chef Sid will kick off Taste New Zealand at Expo 2020 Dubai in January with a bespoke culinary event as well as demonstration kitchens and a special dish curated especially for the week.
