I think it's fine, You could hit it with more cheese and it'll tighten up a bit more. Plus the pasta is continuing to absorb the sauce so it should be alright. I don't know about your sauce but usually a sauce needs a bit of salt in addition to the salt you're getting from the cheese. I was hoping to see some calabiran chilies added but I don't know what went into your tomato sauce so you could already have some but we can't see it. At the end maybe some herbs like parsley and that cheese I mentioned earlier. Some diced calabrian chilies on top to garnish and you could take an instagram worthy pic!
