You'll do anything for money. *Especially* become a Helicopter Ace, or a Special Forces Operator. Also, maybe like in our world, the KV-2 was originally made by Blue Moon, so they'd know the side and the engine are generally weak points, and they were equipped with APCR or similar Sabot rounds to punch through enemy armor. For the Rockets? Napalm. Mechs? Maybe he was a Sniper with a Napalm Rocket Launcher. Infantry vs Light Tanks? Commando Raids from the bushes on enemy tank crews. Or the sides of the road.
I like to believe that when the Power of Money has this much money, Colin's troops still have the same firepower, Colin just pays off the enemy to just leave.

Wanna try something better? In Dual Strike give Javier like 20-30 Com towers and use his Super CO power. Watch even 999k money Colin do 0 damage to him and he one shots Mega tanks with Anti Air Guns.
Power of Money gives Colin's units +5 power for every 1000 funds he has available. Since he has 999k funds ready, his units get +4995 power, but they normally have -10 firepower, so in total Colin's units are dealing 4985% damage.

I remember playing against the CPU. I would push out the minimal cheap units I needed to slow the enemy down and would pump the first power every time I could until I got close to max. Then, I would start pushing out better units while continuing to use first power uh until I had LOTS of units and large stacks of cash. You just watched the video, so you can imagine what happened next.
I remember this when I played the game :D me too I tried the experiment of giving Colin as many money as possible and I tell you this effect works in AW:DS too and with just $128.000 no need to have 999.999. Colin was indeed the strongest CO ever. Maybe this power mimics the fact that with money you can buy all :D informations, corrupt troops, issue your soldiers the most powerful weapons available in one night and so on, then you can simply ambush the enemy when you know he is refueling or make a bridge explode at their passage, or even change your soldiers' normal bullets into sophisticated high-tech ones that explode on impact and so on... Its a true fact, maybe a bit exaggerated but everybody knows the power of money :D

Colin has a way to feed himself money which is by spamming his CO Power Gold Rush before going for the SCO this becomes worse in Dual Strike if you pair him with his sister Sasha, money maker all the way.
@smelly paws im kind of bothered by it too. But im hoping the gameplay would be improved like the skill system and additional characters in dual strike.
