LIST OF INGREDIENTS:
•1 kg Tulingan / Mackerel / Skipjack
tuna
•Water
•Kamias / Dried bilimbi
•Sea salt
• 1 1/2 whole garlic
•Dark soy sauce 1-2 Tbsp
•Splash of fish sauce
•Banana Leaves for lining the bottom of clay pot or wrapping the fish
