What a great history lesson. I used to think this was some silly gimmick from that started in the '70's. Great show.

David Rosengarten was great. I tell you, all these greats who've been axed from the food network should start a new RU-vid channel. There'd be a lot of subscribers. Rosengarten is also much funnier than Alton Brown.
