£11.55 for jumbo cod and chips, jumbo sausage, curry sauce and a bread roll! Last night I paid £10.20 for cod (smaller) and regular chips here is South Wales.
Aye man I'm in Scotland and our local chippy charges £8.50 for haddock and chips, they don't even sell cod, and it's a right measly portion. You know those polystyrene food containers that are about 20 cm with a lid that closes... the fish and chips fits in there with room to swing a cat. I'm not a big lad and I can easily eat 2 of them portions. To me that's wrong. But yeah £11.55 is a banging price for all that food in the vid.

As a bairn I went up there every year and it was my first experience where they wouldn’t let me put my own salt and vinegar on the chips. Down in Yorkshire that would be a culture shock cos people want to put their own salt and vinegar on
You eatlike someone who's worked in a factory. Scoff it down in 15 minutes or less, the factory workers way! I remember what it was like in production myself! Awesome video as always Blot!

That cod was cooked to perfection low star or not I think you got a lot for your money. Cod is my favorite fish, that fish was cooked correctly you can tell by its flakeiness looked like a great meal😊

That’s a good deal. I liked to see more restaurants or takeaways of food you aren’t used to. You never know if you’ll like it until you put it in your mouth.
That meal looks delicious. I have never had curry sauce on FF or fish. Usually like ketchup on the fries and tarter sauce on the fish. I’m starving right now. Wish I had a nice piece of cod or haddock. Fresh of course. I live in Plymouth Massachusetts and we always have fresh fish. Love these food review videos. Don’t stop please!

That jumbo cod looked lush. I always have a fish butty, either in a bun or a quarter of stottie. I wouldn't have a battered sausage as well cos my appetite isn't as big as it used to be, but I would have some chips, they looked lush as well. Finding a chippy you can go back to can be rare these days. There are a couple me and the missus are happy with. Me mouth is watering now like, can't wait to get mesel a fish supper soon. I’ve been fighting a brain tumor(oligodendroglioma) ever since waking from a coma back in 2010. I went from a high speed, low drag individual to the exact opposite. It took almost two years to learn to walk again. But when my doctor finally cleared me, I went and taught English in Wuxi, China. That is until I ran afoul of the CCP. Then I was dismissed from my job and given a plane ticket home.
