Never knew Chicken 65 is so easy to make and its so good. I am sure your kids are going to love it.
Ingredients/Method:
1 chicken breast cut into small chunks
1tsp smoke paprika
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp black pepper
1tsp salt
1tsp fennel powder
1tsp coriander powder
2tsp chili powder
Mix them all really well
Then add 2tbsp of corn flour and 1 egg
Now mix them all really well and let it rest for 15mins
Once done, get your pan ready with oil and fry the chicken chunks to a nice golden brown color.
Next, get a frying pan and add 4tbsp of oil. Then add 1tsp fennel seed, little curry leaves, 1 dry chili and 1 red onion sliced. Stir fry them for about 3mins.
Once done, add the chicken in. Mix it well and then add 1/2tsp of salt and 1tsp of black pepper. Mix them well and out chicken 65 is ready.
