We can add any fruits ( preferably with less water content). I have tried finely chopped Apples( both red and green) strawberries ( strained with sugar sprinkled on top), blueberries with lemon zest, Peaches, pineapple with coconut milk, etc. Everything came out well. Main thing is the batter must not have watery consistency...
