Chef Tom shows us how to use the YS1500S Outlander and the Wood Fired Oven Attachment to easily create Chicken Tamale Pie, a flavorful dish that is savory and a bit of sweet combined. Hatch green chiles and enchilada sauce bring a little heat while a mildly sweet cornbread balances everything out. Then you have the browned Chihuahua melting cheese on top that brings it all together. Is it an enchilada? Not really... Is it a tamale? Not that either... We just know it's good!
