My wife and I made these burgers exactly as Chef Tom detailed. The results were delicious and all three of my picky little eaters loved them. I made a note to make extra sauce next time as everyone wanted to dip into it. The garlic ciabatta bread was especially loved and we are working that into more Italian dishes. Fun fact, garlic bread and chicken Alfredo are actually not Italian at all, they are both american made. In Italy at a restaurant you really wouldn’t find either
