Looking for a refreshing summer salad twist? Try this surprising mango chutney salad with a flavorful chutney dressing that will wow your taste buds!

Ingredients:
6 ounces Salami (sliced)
1- 15 ounce can Mandarin Oranges (drained)
1/2 cup snow peas (cut)
Medium head of lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup shredded cheese
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Dressing:
1 cup sugar Mayonnaise
1 T. celery seed
1/3 cup mango chutney
1 T. salt
1/4 T. white pepper
1 1/2 T. dry mustard
1 T turmeric
1/4 cup vinegar
Mix ingredients in a small bowl to bring together.
Drizzle over the salad or allow each person to add dressing as they like.
