Wow, Crunchy roasted nuts with stirfried veggies with a chili pepper to spice it up a bit, serve a portion onto a lettuce leaf and Dinner is served! Definitely will try this here, but the melon seeds, that's something I don't think I'll find here, maybe online or in an Asian grocery store? Uprated, thanks for sharing and Buen Provecho Chef Ray! :)

If you cannot find melon seeds, you can replace it with pine nuts or other nuts of your choice. It is there to add a crunch to every bite🙂 Must have chili pepper, it taste soo much better with it, haha. Buen Provecho Joe Serrano

Well Chef Ray, it doesn't get any more healthy or delicious than this...I really want to try your Tasty Veggie Lettuce Wrap and I mean it...And if I do it means you have to do a challenge too, just not the salt and vinegar chips though haha!!!
