For my Altroz i have waited for almost 10 days for a simple spare part. And they forgot to tighten the bolts and delivered it to me after 2nd service. By the time I reached my home the part which was replaced was broken again and service center people came to my home and fixed it again.

Ravi garu, i have been using tata Tiago in 2017 and recently shifted to Nexon. As u said small issues are there with the service centers, however some of the centres are doing good.

Hi ravi garu Even I faced the same problem with service of tata. My nexon had side impact, both the doors damaged. They took around 40 days to replace the doors and return my car back. While returning also the car not clean the car is full of paint drops. So they again cleared the paint but it was not up to the mark.
I have given my car (TATA NEXON XMAS) to one of the authorised service centre in hafeezpet for first service and explained them the issues. I got the delivery after one week with no resolution to existing issues and additional to this I got delivery with brand new dent from service centre. Escalated the same to service centre and they painted the dent and gave me with 4 new scratches. All this is fine but when I gave them for servicing, I told them that car has pulling issue but now it has wobbling issue.
Ravi garu, you are right. Yesterday I have visited with my Nexon to check one small issue, and observed multiple customers really fire on Tata Service center located in Kondapur, Hyderabad. I am really worrying now about my new Kaziranga Nexon service
Incase, if you are saying about TATA MOTORS KONDAPUR, I too faced problem. While taking the vehicle they should pay attention to understand the problem of customer which is not happening in this center. After service, When I complained, the responsible person called me and fired on me which made me to wonder. In the next service visit, after my dissatisfaction about the service, I told I will not come to your center next time. He cooly says, please you can decide where u can service your vehicle. Seems, negatively Motivated People they are. Hope they change their attitude to erase such bad name.
I have raised 4 complaints regarding my Magnite Vehicle in first service. Like I said I have handed over the vehicle at 9:45 AM in Gachibowli Vibrant Nissan showroom they gave the vehicle back to me at 3:30 PM they water washed my vehicle and they didn't wipe it with dry cloth and that's ok, I have wiped it for half an hour when I came back to home. I have observed that what ever the 4 problems I have told they remain as it is when I drove the vehicle for next day of service. So what does that mean Bro. I don't know what showroom people or Service people think about customers. Please take all these points to real customers bro and help them

Bro, i faced dashboard fitting & gap issue on my new nexon car. They failed to correct. Dealing with TATA service centre is the most painful thing. They wont listen our complaints & TATA motors should improve a lot in services. They failed to fix it even after i told that i am going bare that expense out of my pocket. You feel you like you have got best car. I am sure it wont take much time to erase that opinion after you dealt with their services. My suggestion: Buy a car that provides good services and better value for customer satisfaction. Bocoz , its good that your car has better build quality which would only help when u involved in major accidents. A good car should always have good service support and thats going to stay with you until you hold the car.

Yes. I will agree with you. I also experienced bad experience regarding service. We bought tata punch four months back. After purchasing with in one month only we met an small accident. One buffalo hitted car unexpectedly. Bumper of the car fully damaged. For rectification they took one month ten days. No one will give proper response in service centre We called customer service centre also. If they won't improve their service in future no one will be ready to purchase tata cars Atleast they have to take proper steps to improve their service.

I am proud to say that I am Maginte XV Premium owner, But when it comes to service, Bro I am saying whole heartedly, I went to first service in Gachibowli showroom. There I went at 9:45 AM and I stayed till 12:30 PM no one asked me whether I can drink water or cup of tea or coffee, Its ok that is fine. I sat on customer lounge for almost one and half hour no one came and switch on the AC what does that mean actually. Please take all these to real customers bro.
I bought my car last year I didn't face any issues with service till now. Anna it depends on the way we approach them and also differs from one service centre to other. I also get call before every service for prior intimation. Uppal service center is best they gives me my car in 3hrs or half day every time. If we have regular follow up we will get best service.

It's one's own choice to choose good service centre.... I'm living in AP and travel 150 km to Bangalore for good service... I went to purchase tigor in Tirupati, they were not good at response and felt cheating regarding price. Purchased tigor xzplus from KHT motors Bangalore with getting irritated by dealers of KHT. Finally serviced 3 times at KEY motors Bangalore, very satisfied with their response and work.
One of my friends has bought the same Altroz car in the first earlier released days. Due to pathetic rains, the vehicle got stuck in the water. We never started the vehicle in the water it took nearly two days to get the water drained out of the community. We finally called the towing service and made it to take to the service station. Finally, it took two and half months to rectify and repair smoothly. The service center people said as it was the new car and they did not have the proper knowledge and spare parts were not released yet by the manufacturer. It was a waste of time for my friend who bought this car. I knew that the car has good features and has good safety. But the issue is in the service. The service should be improved a lot.

It's 100% true. I own Tata Tigor car facing service problems from past two years once warranty period ends. Literally spent nearly 50k rupees last one year. Still has minor issue which multiple services centers cannot solve. I want to update to Tata Safari, but I dropped due to impact of the services centers where they don't care about minor issues.

My sales representative his name is Shekar. One day I have asked him that dont you have the information about showroom stock like when will I get my booked variant like that, He replied Sir I am an employee I am not Showroom owner to tell you all those things. I went to Manager and asked him about my delivery he replied that it is not his responsibility to update the status to each and every customer. I was depressed with his reply and then decided to cancel my booking, So they came to know that I am going to cancel my booking, Then suddenly they prepared my car delivery with in a week. Please try to explain each and every point regarding Nissan showroom experiences and customer service experience to real customers Bro, Its my humble request.
