Hey Amit congratulations on an excellent detailed review. Had a few qs- 1. Do you get a flat floor when you fold down both rear seats? None of the reviews so far show this clearly. 2. Having stolen a march over everyone else with Nexon ev why has Tata gotten lazy? They pioneer new things and then lose the plot like indigo cs. Where are their skateboards? Why still working on the ICE -> EV jugaad? December onwards when M&M launches e8 with inglo and maruti launches evx with PL27 next year Tata EVs will appear very dated.
You don't get a totally flat floor with the seats pushed down. Tata Motors are still work in progress TBH. They're improving but they're not yet comparable with the evolved automakers. Having said that, their designs, 5 star safety and 'homegrown' tag seems to fuel their sales more than the outright product quality. As evident with the Nexon and Punch Ice versions also, they're managing to lead the segments even with some fierce competition around. They won't be as dominant a year or two down the line, but I still reckon they'll have a lead. And I hope they get their products and service up to speed while they're still enjoying this favourable treatment from the audience
