Oh yes considering scorpio n third row is pointless, the only thing coming in the way of decision making is ride comfort on long distance trips, is harrier more comfortable or scorpio n?
Worth giving a try. In my Indian Garage, Own one of the first Safaris(New Safari) to be delivered in the country and these SUVs are tanks at competitive prices. Only niggles: Service & Customer exp of Tata can be improvised further and 4x4 should be an option for the hardcore off-roaders.
Those who aren't satisfied enough with new 10" display, can visit to a TV showroom, buy a 32"+ TV and plonk it on dashboard vertically while keeping sunroof open always.
Harrier is one the most proportionate and best looking designs in the entire car industry, all thanks to Pratap Bose and his team. Request Tata to not to do improper facelifts or kill the Harrier brand due to sales numbers.
Harrier & Safari facelift based on Harrier EV design will be gorgeous to look at. But I'm concerned about front grille pattern, which looks out off place in EV concept. Hope they make it look elegant when the facelift goes into production.
@@SACHINACHARYA Harrier design is automotive but EVs are moving towards industrial and minimalist. The flat front grille design doesn't suit Harrier at all. They messed up with Nexon facelift (spy images) with split headlights which was totally unnecessary.
Did many, many miles on our long term test Harrier back in 2020 and 2021. Good to get back into a Harrier and get reacquainted with one of the nicest SUVs in its category. Definitely the best looking especially with this tasteful #dark treatment

Have a 2021 Safari. Love it to bits. Did Blore-Chennai-Blore in one day and was perfectly doable and enjoyable. The combination of solid ride over bad roads, impressive (for a tall car) handling, good brakes and amazingly responsive powertrain is just superb. Near Sriperumbudur all the way to Chennai we constantly have to dive in and out of the potholed service roads due to road construction. And that's where it shines: you just don't have to slow down much to make all these transitions. The ride and handling are superb. When it's time to replace mine, I'd gladly just buy another Safari. Tata's cars are amazing these days. Now they just have to work on their sales experience, which was crap when I bought.
I own the manual harrier, it's best for rally tracks and long distance road trips. 1 question: i always like the watches Sirish wears, especially the one with nato strap. In this video, is that a submariner he's wearing? Beautiful watch. 👍
Tata has has played very intelligently, 1stly they know they can build a solid car structure so they used one, solid suspension came from land rover. Secondly lifted best engine available instead of building one and taken xcelent gearbox from Hyundai and now latest addition makes the package complete, whole infotainment system seems very rich. All in all the product is providing all features and experience of above it's classes.
With the updated infotainment display, the desirability quotient of harrier has gone way up than most people will care to realize. Always a pleasure to listen to you Sirish.
I have booked the Harrier XZA+ Dark Red Edition in Noida, but I am in a state of confusion due to the upcoming facelift model. I am willing to wait for up to six months, but not longer. Could you please suggest whether I should purchase the current Dark Red model or wait for the facelift version? Thank you!
The whole Tata lineup needs an upgrade ASAP. Otherwise the competition will eat them up plus everything Tata has achieved till now will be gone in vain. Tata should also introduce Petrol engines for the Harrier Safari duo, seeing the state of diesel engines. They will be behind again when diesel is gone for good and they will start fresh with petrol engines.
I took both test rides. But confused between Hector feels more luxurious, Rear space is also good as the floor board is completely flat. There is no hump. But the diesel automatic is clearly missing. After sales service & customer support is good as I heard some real owner revives. Harrier power delivery feels a bit jerky. Diesel automatic is Wow factor. Maybe because of the inside dark interior it feels not that roomy or luxurious , depending upon choice!! After sales service and customer support needs improvement. Even the sales staff & showroom experience is lacking.😂 I'm looking for a diesel automatic because daily run is 80kms in mix condition
The KIA Seltos has been offering 360degree camera + side views since 2019. Wonder why Tata isn’t flogged for bringing it 4 years later, instead it’s being glorified!! Talk about bias.
Hi guys, quick question. I'm still waiting for my XUV700 delivery since 7 months now (AX7 L Petrol AT). With the new Safari update, does it become a viable option to consider? Reason being, I'm considering petrol options as my running is very low, hence unsure about the diesel option with Safari. Thanks
I am noticing a few things have changed in tata vehicles underneath. The differential bulge now shows. Even the rear suspension on the older cars vs the new there are differences.
That was not for differential, it was already there since harrier bs6 2020, it's somekind of exhaust regulatory system that pops out underneath, i have seen in service centre.
Many people are posting some complaints about Tata harrier ! Steering issue , fit and fish , breakdowns and so on ! Have you ever faced these issues in personal ? And which one would you suggest Creta or Harrier? While most of my running in city
