I'm from malaysia and I respect tartars

I found out I'm part Turkish from a genetic test and that I have ancestral Altaic from one of the breakdowns. All my life people would ask me if I'm North Indian, Persian, and occasionally part Filipino/Eurasian mix, and it sorta makes sense now. I think the Turkic culture is really cool because it's essentially an amalgamation of Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. I've always had a fascination for things Eastern. It's been fun exploring these extra roots I never knew I had! :)

The 1st time I heard of the word Tatar or Tartar is when watching a documentary about the conquests of Genghis Khan of Mongolia. Apparently the Tatar/Tartar people originated from his time, HOWEVER I'm here to comment on what is positive about this song. The voices are so pleasant to listen to with excellent harmonizing. The instruments too have a unique sound of their own. I love listening to music & watching cultures of different peoples of the world. I am Polynesian, our culture is unique to the country of my ancestors ie Aotearoa (Land of the long white cloud) commonly known as New Zealand. Your women are beautiful in appearance. Thank you for your posting this piece of brilliance.

They get called tatars from the golden horde empire.Kıpchak meas blonde.I am meskhetian kıpchak too.We have a common histroty with mongolians but no ethnical relation with mongolians .The other name of the golden horde was kıpchak khanate.

My grandma is pontic greek from caucasus. But she doesnt look like greek. After i saw a lot of videos with tatar peoples im pretty sure that she has ancestors from turkic speaking people in caucasus. Are these people Tatars too? Thank you for answers and sorry for my ignorance :-D

К, сожалению, кроме пропаганды великоруссии в этих комментах, никаких реальных фактов нет. И не стоит бросать фразы о фальсификации истории татарами, передёргивать исторические факты и заниматься опоганиванием национальных черт. Тем более последние 200 лет идёт активное переписывание истории в угоду одной нации. Не будем говорить какой. А вот то, что в Казани и Татарстане девушки реально симпатичнее, нежели в целом по России это факт. На Украине кстати тоже. Так что следует посмотреть, чья кровь привнесла положительные черты русской нации. Так же не стоит забывать, что все цари в Московской Руси были нерусских кровей. В лучшем случае "метисы". Изучайте историю, а не пропаганду. Кстати. Ролик вообще не содержит никакой агрессии. Там поётся о любви к своему родному краю. Откуда столько дерьма навалило... И, кстати, мне по барабану, кто я: татарин либо булгарин, финно-угор, монгол, сармат. Я либо хороший человек, либо нет. А кто кичится своей национальной доминацией зачастую страдает комплексом собственной неполноценности.

You can not compare directly the languages spoken in Bulgaria (Danube Bulgaria) with the one spoken in Tatarstan (Volga Bulgaria), because the former has been very slavicized, while the latter also influenced. But there are still some similarities - words, vowels.. Unfortunately I am not a linguist

So called "Tatars" are nicknamed Bulgars. The original Tatars were a mongolian tribe living in eastern Mongolia and had being exterminated by the great Ghengis Khan. Then the same nickname was used to other people of non-Mongolian descent conquered by Mongols and who joined the Mongol army. The "Tatars" were sent as a first attack line and were followed by the true Mongols. That was keeping the precious Mongolian blood safe. Greetings to our Volga-Bulgar brothers.
