STORYLINE:
Internet influencer Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan attended a hearing at a Romanian court on Monday over the confiscation of assets by Romanian authorities.
Witnesses were also called on Monday to testify in the case.
One witness said prosecutors called her as an alleged victim, which she denies.
“I am not a victim’’ said Carola Otves, 31, from the Western Romanian city of Timisoara, some 500 km (almost 311 miles) from the capital, Bucharest.
‘’I told them this for the third time," she told The Associated Press.
A decision by the Bucharest Tribunal regarding Monday's hearing is yet to be published.
Andrew Tate, 37, and his brother Tristan, 36, both former kickboxers and dual British-US citizens with millions of followers on social media - and known for their misogynistic views - are already awaiting trial in Romania, along with two women.
They face charges of human trafficking and forming a criminal gang to exploit women.
Andrew Tate remains remain under house arrest.
Tristan Tate is under judicial control, which typically involves restricting communication with certain people and reporting periodically to the police.
Both have denied any wrongdoing.
